Basics of propositional and predicate logic, semantic networks and ontologies.

Components of expert systems knowledge base, inference engine, use cases in diagnostics and support systems.

Types of learning: Supervised, Unsupervised, Reinforcement, examples and applications.

Importance of data cleaning, normalization, feature scaling, handling missing values.

Linear regression, k-Nearest Neighbors, Decision Trees � working, advantages and limitations.

Understanding accuracy, precision, recall, F1-score and confusion matrix.

Understanding perceptron, activation functions (ReLU, Sigmoid) introduction to forward propagation.
